The first few seconds of opening my eyes in the morning are the most important. As my mind re-activates from the magic of sleep, I depict how I feel, whether the sun is coming through the window and whether my teddy bear called Teddyboy has fallen out the bed. These first morning thoughts flutter through my mind, there are many of them. I soon forget these thoughts and when I return to bed that evening, I will be thinking about something entirely different. That first time in the morning is a time of solitude and not a time to speak. It is dreamy and humble. More than anything, I know that I will be making the most of that day as once I am awake upon my own accord, it is the best time to get up and go.
